* Opening line is a new column — the video needs a hook before the quote, and the spreadsheet had no field for it. Pull quote must be the interviewee's exact words from the published article, since the video puts them on screen under their name. Every cell here saves as soon as you leave it; there is no save button and no separate spreadsheet to keep in step. Done is worked out from R2 — a video filed under the interviewee's name means finished — and clicking it overrides that either way. Export to Excel gives the five image slots back as five columns.

Editorial videos
Empty for now. This is the same grid with the columns swapped for what an article video needs rather than what an interview needs.

It fills from the Editorial pipeline the same way Interviews fills from Anna's spreadsheet: a published feature arrives with its headline, its images and its standout line already attached, and picks up the same sign-off, render and upload run down the right-hand side.

Worth settling before it's built: whether every published feature lands here automatically, or only the ones somebody picks.
Guide To
This one already exists in Ops as its own page, so it moves in here rather than starting from nothing. Open it →

The difference: the current Guide To page tracks the whole guest relationship — idea, outreach, confirmed, filming scheduled, filmed, edited, scheduled, live — and only the last stretch of that is video production. Moving it under Videos keeps all of it and adds the sign-off, render and upload columns on the end.

Nothing is lost in the move; it stops being a separate page and becomes a tab.
Fluxx Reads
New series, nothing built yet.

The tab is here so the shape is visible: whatever the format turns out to be, it inherits the same production line — inputs on the left, sign-off in the middle, render and final file on the right — and only the input columns need deciding.

Once the format's settled, this becomes a tracker in an afternoon rather than a new page.
